Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM AST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We currently ship within Trinidad & Tobago. For orders to other locations, please contact us at petbarntt@outlook.com before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard delivery within Trinidad & Tobago typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
